F1C Organizational Development
Looking for a change? First, there is no such thing as one size fits all in changing cultures, may that be the culture of a team, an organization, or a country. It is of utmost importance to have an idea of what the current situation is and where management would like the organization to go.
How can I tell where my organzation is in terms of development?
There are few measurement tools we are fond of when it comes to accurately measuring where an organization is. However there are plenty of indicators so we designed our own. Knowing where your organization scores will make its behavior predictable. As Einstein mentioned, 'Genius is making complicated things simple.'
Linear versus exponential growth.
Most training accomplishes only linear growth, if any. Exponential growth is a bit different as one needs to follow a system and one first has to understand the growth stages an organization is likely to experience. Than design an intervention appropriate for that stage and execute flawlessly while monitoring the progress being made.
Genius is making complicated things simple.
